The Pelikant Group was established in 2003 by Alice Pelikant. Then in 2004 Steven Pelikant joined our team. The Pelikant Group has received The Bronze Award for Sales Achievement in 2005 and 2006 from Keller Williams Realty. We are pleased to be part of Keller Williams Executives Realty in Highlands Ranch which was ranked by   Real Trends in the TOP ˝% of the Nation out of 80,000 Real Estate Offices.
